About Sam Allen: I love living in Sacramento and have developed a strong connection to the people and places in and around the City of Trees. I am a local activist, Board Member of the Oak Park Neighborhood Association and member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
My background includes real estate investment, property management, land use planning, landscape architecture and urban design. I also manage my own real estate portfolio which now includes over a dozen properties.
I hold a B.S. from UC, Davis in Landscape Architecture with a focus in Land Use Planning where I received the American Society of Landscape Architect’s Student Honor Award. I am also a graduate of the Sacramento City Management Academy.
I am positive, reliable, efficient, creative, collaborative and love working with people!
About Micah Baginski: Developer – I live to create something better. I am inspired by blank canvases, empty lots, dilapidated buildings, and business opportunities.
Connector – I was able to draw on my development contacts to pursue a 600 acre parcel for development into a solar farm. I used my connector strengths to bring the parties together to negotiate the project terms.
Leader – As the Operations Manager for LJ Urban I was looked to for day to day leadership in navigating the development hurdles for 11 urban infill projects with a team of talented people.
Enterprising – I am a self-starter with a desire to profit from a road less traveled.
Realistic – My education and foundation in my career in construction management have forged in me the skills necessary to set attainable goals and measure success against the target.
